Litigation

Advisor on historical sexual abuse claims and redress to schools, faith based and not for profit organisations.  Caron specializes in resolving claims with a focus on personal injury and commercial disputes.  Her goal is to identify the problem and seek to provide an effective resolution through the use of mediation, conciliation and where they are ineffective through decree.

Workplace Relations

Caron has a sound understanding of how business works and can offer meaningful counsel for employees and employers ranging from small business to larger corporations.  A breadth of workplace experience includes having founded and run her own recruitment agency, providing great insights into HR and company relations.
