Caron is an accomplished businessperson, ever ready to take on a challenge and inspired by a very personal desire to help others.
From holder of Australian Water Ski Racing Title, to coaching groups on a 12 week adventure program to complete such treks as Kokoda and Mt Kilimanjaro, Caron brings an inherent competitiveness and dedicated preparation to each case.
Caron has founded and profitably sold a thriving recruitment agency whilst raising four young children who are now successful young adults in the fields of law, property development and education.
Looking for a career change to develop her strengths and passion to help others, Caron entered Law. Spending time at a boutique and a mid tier firm across a breadth of cases including court and appearance work has led to the inception of her own practice, Easton Law.

Family Law
Through knowledge, compassion and determination, Caron provides tools for resolution of a broad range of family matters. Every situation and person is unique. Circumstances change and so do people. Understanding this frames a better approach to resolving disputes within and around families. Where prolonged periods of stress can cloud judgement, Caron brings clarity to the often intangible issues that make up each matter.
Litigation
Advisor on historical sexual abuse claims and redress to schools, faith based and not for profit organisations. Caron specializes in resolving claims with a focus on personal injury and commercial disputes. Her goal is to identify the problem and seek to provide an effective resolution through the use of mediation, conciliation and where they are ineffective through decree.
Workplace Relations
Caron has a sound understanding of how business works and can offer meaningful counsel for employees and employers ranging from small business to larger corporations. A breadth of workplace experience includes having founded and run her own recruitment agency, providing great insights into HR and company relations.
